And so the Prada Peppers were born… And although it may seem unbelievable, this is how we continue to do things…

And his symbolic Chestnuts were born.
The Chestnuts… it’s their time. And this is their legendary Iberian country, the empire of entire hills carpeted with chestnut groves, generous chestnut trees with ancient trunks, centuries-old growth, the heart of fires and chestnut roasts...

Prada’s chestnuts in syrup are truly exceptional, believe me. It is not easy to find such a fine, exquisite item in the world, and such a delight to the palate. Their preparation is a task of delicate skill, from peeling them carefully to cooking them and then leaving them to rest, several days of preparation complicate the process, the utmost care in their handling and timing is sacred... and everything is done with no machinery other than the loving, delicate female touch... one by one... cooked wrapped in gauze... bathed in sugars... soaked in the scent of cinnamon and spices...

And once you have tried them, you will say that the marrons glacés made by the French pale in comparison..
